Indian Railways - I am not satisfied with services in airconditioned coach

I was travelling along with my family from Guwahati to Duliajan on 15603 Intercity Express leaving Guwahati on 02 Jan 2012. We were travelling on seat nos. A1 - 25, 26, 27 & 28 and have experienced the following problems:
1.0 The window glasses were not cleaned thus obstructing the outside view.
2.0 Hand towels were not supplied along with the bed rolls.
3.0 Bed rolls were not supplied in sealed kit but was given in loose condition & it appeared as if these were used previously (i.e. the bed sheets & pillow cover were dirty).
4.0 The air conditioning system was not at all effective. it appeared as if the inside temperature is more than 27 degree centrigrade. I requested the coach attendent & TTE to reduce the coach temperature twice but no action was taken. We had to switch on the fan throughout the journey with sleepless night.
5.0 Toilets were smelly & without any liquid soap.
6.0 Rodents were found roaming in the coach.
7.0 There were no chains to lock the luggage.
