I am trying to port my reliance GSM network to some other network but, whenever I send message on 1900 I don't get the UPC number. when I contact customer care or webworld they just say a simple line "sorry sir server is down or go to our outlets." I write mail also but they don't get back to me.

My reliance no is ********00.
