Indian Railways - i am not satisfied with railway driver

I am not satisfied with the driver of Intercity train no. 14659 on dt 12/5/2012 at jaipur railway station. he was not stopped the train as display board. the correct position was not as display board i.e: S-1 TO S-7 OR BI & B2. so all passengers were face problem to join their compartment. i have so dificult with my handicapped child to reach appropiet compartment,
