In the whole train foods are selling at Rs 70 I said to manager that railway rate are 32 why u charging high rate. But manager told that rate are high. I told to manager that give me the bill manager dosnt give the bill then I said give me compliant book. The book also not given to me he use to say sorry sir please don't to this I will suspended/lost from my job then I told why you overcharging in the food at Rs 70 insist of Rs 32 manager told that my contractor H.D & SONS are told me to overcharge why they are told to overcharge I asked manager reply that our contractor paid more licences fees to railway board.Please take action as fast as possible and I also given complaint to media about this matter.
I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT TO INDIAN RAILWAY ALSO ON THAT DAY BUT THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY DECISION.THAT WHY WE GO FOR COMPLAINT BOOK IN PANTRY CAR MANGER SAY DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN DO BECAUSE THEY HAVE FULL SUPPORT OF RAILWAY.

WE WERE TRAVELLING BY 18508 HIRAKUND EXPRESS FROM NEW DELHI TO SAMBALPUR. WE ORDERED ONE VEG FOOD AND ONE NON VEG FOOD FOR LUNCH. WHEN HE BROUGHT THE FOOD WE FOUND ONE CUP OF DAL, 2 ROTI. LITTLE RICE AND MUTTER PANEER SABJI IN WHICH WE HAVE TO SEARCH THE PANEER. WHEN WE COMPLAINT TO THE WAITER HE TOLD THAT IT IS BEING SERVED LIKE THIS ONLY. HE CHARGED 60/- FOR VEG FOOD AND 75/- FOR NON VEG FOOD. I HAVE THE COPY OF BOTH THE BILL. THEY ARE CHARGING HIGH AS PER RAILWAY APPROVED PRICE AND GIVING VARY LESS QUANTITY AND BAD QUALITY OF FOOD. HE EVEN DID NOT PROVIDE WATER POUCH WITH THE FOOD. THEY ARE CHARGING 15/- FOR MINERAL WATER BOTTLE. 5/- FOR TEA.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO TEACH THE CONTRACTOR SOME LESSON
