Idea Cellular - I am not satisfied with network coverage.

NO NETWORK COVERAGE INSIDE HOME

Hi,

I am living in pune.We are having no network inside our home.we have come out of home to talk.sometimes network signal is so low that call gets disconnected.

I have complaint them many times.They replied that it is a high priority to install a tower in our location.But since last 6 month no action is taken.
They also promise as to provide a temperary antena inside home.

But that promise is also not full filled.
Even customer care representative not give proper replay.

My mobile no is 9881746008.

Please take the needed action as soon as posible otherwise this time i will file case against you in court.

I support this complaint. Even I am finding the same kind of problems in my house near Magarpatta Area, Kharadi bypass.

Please let us know if any action can be taken on this.
