Complaint Details : As per mentioned above i am an authorised agent of
railway ticket booking. I am doing reservations on internet. I HAD BOOKED
30 TICKETS BDTS TO JAT 20 JUN 2008 AND 02 JUL 2008 CDG TO BDTS THIS
TICKETS ARE CANCELLED TO 17/06/2008 AND CANCELLED 30/06/2008

ALL TICKET CNF AND I BOOKED THIS TICKETS FROM ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD,I
INFORMED TO BANK ABOUT THIS AND BANK REPLY ME THAT NO REFUND IS CREDITED
TO MY CREDIT CARD FROM IRCTC, BUT WHEN I ASKED TO IRCTC THEY TOLD ME THAT
ALL THE REFUNDS ARE ALREADY GIVEN, FOR THE ABOVE TICKETS.
Consequences : IN THIS CASE STILL MY REFUND MONEY IS NOT RECEIVED BY ME
FROM LAST 1 YEAR.I HAD COMPLAINING YOU ABOUT THIS FROM LAST YEAR BUT YOU ARE NOT GIVING ME ANY SINGLE SATISFACTORY REPLY.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW THAT YOU WILL HELP ME OR NOT OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO THE COURT FOR THIS.
OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO THE COURT FOR JUSTICE
i am not satisfied to rim company there is too problem to network and always deduct my main balance, so i m too tence to RIM company

sir i am purchase new mini android laptop but product will not run properly when i start laptop its screen doesnot move or not see after www.wesprodigital.com so iam not satisfied with your product and no given solution from your toll free number satisfied answer
