Loop Telecom BPL - I am not satisfied with BPL GSM Network Problem

I am not getting netwotk in my Home and because of this I am not able to attend to several important calls. I am using BPL from several years and recently I have complaint this to their customer care where they told it will be solved in 72 hours

Complainant's Goal: I want network to be there 24/7
