Individual - i am not satisfied with air tel service

My complaint is againest AIR TEL mobile communications
Two -three times i have raised complaints for receiving unwanted SMS and calls irrespective of time .The customer care executive last offered 12 -12 -2010 as activation date for not receiving unwanted S M S and calls.At present there are about 14 messages are there in my cell phone ********77.Can you take necessary steps for banning this process in future
