Dear Sir,
I purchased Reliance Broadband + connection on on 24-Apr-2010 ,
by booking it on internet.
I was promised speed of 3.1 Mbps while downloading and 1.8 Mbps
while uploading by the person visited me and in an advertisement as
well.(Advertisement attached)
Since the day I got it , I am encountering problems of,
1. Poor speed - 100-200 kbps , and
2. Poor connectivity .
3. And, as it is limited usage plan , the system over counts the usage . For e.g., if I upload 15 MBs it will show that have uploaded 30 MBs.
I have logged several complaints against it and but seen no proceeding
from their side.

I have called several times their customer care but always given an
excuse that they are working on it.
Before writing to Consumer Court , I had also sent a notice to Reliance-Nodal Officer Delhi(Mr.Anuj Bahuguna - 01130332655)informing him about my this step if problem is not resolved in 2 days , but again no improvement in service.
I am a professional and most of my work is done on internet for which I necessarily need good speed and connectivity. Poor service has even brought my job at risk, and the anxiety has given me lot of mental harassment.
I can settle dispute the dispute if I get a refund of cost of my data card, i.e, Rs.2300 with 18% interest ,and pay back 50% of the total bill amount I have paid since I got the data card , and additional Rs.50,000 for all mental harassment and risking my job.
