Bajaj Auto - I am not getting parts

This is my third complaint regarding non availablity of parts.I m having Bajaj Avenger 200cc bike for which i required Chain Set.I made a requisition regarding the same a month back but till now the part is not available with the service station.I m in immediate need as chain set can be split any time.

I made a requisition at Bagga Link, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

I am getting no response from them.

The same part can be available in market but that may not be of quality one so waiting for ur positive response.
