I have purchased 1 t.R carrier split AC from DEW POINT, Dombivli ON 02/05/10.

As per term there are 3 free services, but till today
we availed only one service.

We are again and again contacted Dew point and also Carrier but no action is taken.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful
as early as possible.
