very poor customer service and resolution .. have been in touch with HSBC associates for 2 years ... poor service .. everytime a new person speaks ... commits to reslove but no action ..
HSBC credit cards promise to much at time of card selling but nothing is done after that ...
they are charging me for their own mistakes
