Mobile - I am dissatisfied with latest wi-fi model

I purchased a LG-C375 model LG phone on 30.10.2011 inorder to get Wi-Fi connection (which was highlighted in this model). But when i was trying internet with Wi-Fi in this model phone , i was upset because it was very slow and not connecting at all. I am helpless. I was keep on trying but no result. Please help me in this regard.
