Complaint by: john on March 11, 2011, 12:08 pm in Retail Stores

I purchase a Nokia E63 on 09/03/2011 from Nokia Priority Deale ‘Keep Talking’ Shop No. 8, Anand Commercial Centre, Nr. Asha Parekh Hospita; S.V. Road, Santacruz (W), Mumbai, for Rs. 8840/-. I check out the price list of nokia from your website it was given Rs. 8199/- and I went to other nokia dealer they gave me the same price given in the website. I was cheated. I went to the dealer on the next day for clarification and refund of the excess money they treated me badly and un-professionally which I do not expected from nokia priority dealer. I request you to look in to the matter and resolve this problem soon. If such type of cheating is continued from your dealer people will lose confidence in nokia.
