Nokia India - I am cheated by the Nokia Shop

I have purchased Nokia C6 Mobile from NOKIA Gallery The Mobile Shop, Shop No 1 & 5 , Dilip Nager, Tin Batti, Nani Daman, U.T. Of Daman & Diu, India. The shop owner take Rs. 12400.0 for the same, however the same mobile Nokia C6 is available at a price of Rs. 11700.0 at just 50.0 feet distance in another mobile shop. My complain is why there is difference in rate (price) in the same locality when the poduct is same. Can I get refund for the same ?
