Dear Sir,

I had applied for HSBC card in 2007 and HSBC had issued me a card No- 4383 5999 9397 3576 . After 3-4 Months company had issued a card to some address on my name - card number 4384 5999 8257 6512 and that person also made some transactions . I came to know i April when i got a statement on my email ID , At that time i immediately closed the card and gave HSBC written request for same to investigate the things and resolve the matter . HSBC did nothing on that and after 1 year the told me that sir we need FIR to investigate the things but police in not taking any report as there is no such case . Since its totally HSBC fault . you are requested to take action to resolve this case. Even company dont have any receiving or ID proof required at the time of receving.
