IndiGo Airlines - Horrible service

Hi Indigo

With a very sad heart, I am writing this for the very first time. Due to the worst & horrified experience with Indigo I personally have faced as women, I will never opt Indigo for myself neither I will recommend further to any one else. Indigo is not at all safe to fly with for women.

Starting from my holiday travel on 8th Jan'18 to Goa till my return back to home the service provided by Indigo was WORST in other words TERRIBLE.

The fights were delayed, on confirming the same with the Indigo person in Airport there reply was terrific. They replied me "it's displayed in the displays, pls check there, there is no use of coming here & asking for the information. Is this the way we expect to get a reply??

If the fights are been belayed/cancelled for several hours, then concerned management should plan accordingly for there customers. We travel through air just to save time and convenience by investing lots of money. That should always be kept in mind by the Indigo authority. Its not possible for any passenger to spend time in Airport for more than 4 hours. I have been made to stay in Airport for more than 8 hours in Delhi. On other hand when I requested them to arrange for the meal in flights, that was also been denied.

If the flight is been cancelled, is this not the responsibility of the Indigo management team to provide meal for there passengers?

As per my scheduled tickets to Guwahati, I already have booked my hotel in Guwahati for 14th Jan'18, the invoice copy of it is been attached herewith, which I need it to be refunded immediately.

Today after I got the cancellation message from Indigo at 8:30 a.m, I have been continuously speaking to the customer care team, but in every call I was made to stay in the calls for 25 minutes without any solution. I made more that 5 calls to the customer team. I myself was frustrated with the behaviour & response received from your team.

Due to the pick season in Majorda, Goa, there was no hotel available after 12 p.m since I have booked my hotel till 12p.m today only, I had to leave the hotel & kept sitting in the roadside hotel with my luggages till 8:00 p.m. The same was also been informed to your team but in return there was no response. Even though I asked your team to add meal to my travel schedule till I reach my home town, the same was also been denied from your side.

Today I came to know that travelling with Indigo for women is totally unsafe & not at all recommended.

At last but not the least, today I am totally sad, frustrated & annoyed with the services provided by Indigo
