Hi,
This is to bring your attention towards unavailabily of spare parts for old model of Honda Unicorn.
This is not acceptable from Honda dealers about such services for existing customers.
This is very bad experience at Sterling Honda (Chinchawd,Main Branch)
After enquiring multiple times for long duration about the spare parts availability, no one is taking responsiblity about the same and asking to search for spare parts from outside. This is not acceptable by any of Honda showroom. This is responsibilty of Honda dealer to make availability of spare parts for each product they have been launched.
It's pathetic, Very frustrating........
Realy Honda is providing very poor service to thier customer... This issue needs to raise to Consumer court so atleast going forward other cusomer would not suffer from such services. And even this has to publish into the daily newspaper so people will be aware while buying Honda Bikes.
