I submitted a bike in JKM Leela Honda Agency Ghaziabad after a moderate accident on 10.01.2010. The front part of bike was damaged. Shockers, Handle, Plastic tyre Covers & some other small parts were to be changed. I,m regularly contacting agency as well as Honda Customer Care but still didn,t got any positive response. Company/Agency is not giving any committment about solution and making me fool that parts are not available. I'm suffering from last 13 day's and daily commuting from ghaziabad to Gurgaon either this or by that mode of transport. I need my bike on urgent basis. I think they are making customers fool.
I need a reasonable time limit within which my problem will be solved.

Is Honda Company officers become mad or they are damaged they dont think about customers that parts are not available to repair twister bikes. Please send the parts soon otherwise u will be in problem.
I purchased a bike 20 days back and within 1 day i find a sound comming from engin and i given my bike honda showroom at the same place at i purchased is honda showroom uppal hyderabad ap, the superwiser told me to give the bike within 5 days but it almost 15 days still i did not receive my bike still now when i called they are not lifting the phone its too bad experiance with honda brand
