I purchased a mobile

Vox Dual SIM Mobile Phone + Bluetooth + Cordless Headphone Combo

Complain:
which having a sound issue and so after telephonic conversation with ALPHA RADIOS (The merchant name in invoice). I sent back to them for replacement through Overnight Express curier consignment no : 20062655. Asper the acknowledgement they recived it on Nov 02 2009. But till now I didn\'t get the cell phone.

I called about more then 50 times but no body is responding to me properly . AM getting answers like will send it to you tomorrow-next week etc etc.

Kindly provide me the cell phone in working condition ASAP.
