HDFC BANK MEHDIPATNAM HYDERABAD - Staff Behaviour RUDE, Helpless etc
I being the account holder in HDFC Bank Mehdipatnam dont get a proper response, though the customers are more they dont have proper tellers,
three seats allotted but only one works leaving people with a long queue.
I have choosen this bank because heard about its services are good & beneficial. but i never got a satisfaction from its staff everytime i visit to deposit. Some times the customer may be in hurry but sometimes we can understand but not always. this is the problem always & even the security guy behaves rudes & gives reverse answers as if customer are slaves of the bank.
Teller S. Pradeep Never in his place.
Taqiuddin helping but cant handle whole.
A. Srinivas does some other work but doesnt ask the queue to come to him for transactions deposits or withdraw
The security guy inside , near the teller counter is never dressed properly in behaves rude & roughly
This way the bank is loosing its value & reputation in the eyes of customers & new customers
Things should be chnaged in this branch immediately.
