We went for an educational trip from mau to luknow for the psychiatric postings the co-passengers were misbehaving with us.the people they dont have the reservations also entering in the compartments and passing comments as well as using abusive language.no any helpline services avilable ,no railway police, not even the ticket examiner.we struggled alot in the jurny.
Complainant's Goal: making the travelng more safe night time,and getting benefits of reservation.
