This is for your kind information that today I started my journey from Bathinda .I have general catagary ticket with me and i met with a T T named Geeta on the station and she told me you sit in the coach we will give you the reservation inside .When the train Jammu tawi mail( train no-19223) depart from the station .Mrs Geeta entered the campartment with 3 ticket checkers and she misbehaved with me and charged 10 times of the train fare against receipt number 893849 .Moreover ,lot of local passengers are there in the coach with General ticket where she accept the Palm and allowed them to sit.This event make me mentally harrased and i m not able to work for the whole day at Ferozpur.
You are requested to do a needful for this incidence and take necessary strict against the same
