HSBC IND - HARRASHMENT FROM HSBC CREDIT CARD DIVISION

I NEVER APPLIED FOR HSBC CREDIT CARD NEITHER I HOLD ANY BANKS CREDIT CARD. BUT FROM LAST 1 YR I AM RECEIVING CALLS FROM HSBC COLLECTION DEPT. THAT I HAVE USED HSBC CREDIT CARD. PREVIOUSLY THEY USED TO CALL ONCES IN 2-3 MONTHS BUT NOW THEY HAVE STARTED CALLING ON MY HOUSE LAND-LINE # REPEATEDLY & STARTED HARASSING MY PARENTS, MY MOM IS NOT WELL SHE IS HEART PATIENT IF ANYTHING HAPPENS DUE TO THIS I WILL NOT LEAVE THE AGENT WHO IS CALLING AND HARASSING MY PARENTS. I THINK THIS HSBC BANK GUYS DO THIS FRAUD ON OUR NAME, BECAUSE THIS GUYS HAVE EACH & EVERY INFORMATION OF MINE EVEN THOSE INFORMATION WHICH MY CLOSE FRIENDS ALSO DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME. IN EVERY CALL I TOLD THEM I NEVER USED ANY CARD & FURTHER ALSO I WILL SAY THE SAME, I WILL NEVER PAY SINGLE BUG WHICH I HAVE NOT USED. PLZ HELP ME TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM.
