Hi,

I had requested for a Vodafone prepaid connection thru one of vodafone dealer on 14th Sep. and still I have not received the committed services against paid amount. Case details given below for your reference. Its complete case which will give you how consumer harassed by of retailers.

Incident 1. (14th Sep, 2011)

I went to Retail Outlet* asked for a prepaid connection they have suggested Airtel but as airtel network is not good in that area I requested for Vodafone. I have submitted a document in which Photo, PAN Card copy and Driving License copy (At the time of collected document they have not checked properly) They charged Rs.103/- said for connection and confirm some balance around Rs.60/- you will get in that & confirm the number will get activated in 1hr.


Incident 2. (17th Sep,2011)

When connection not activated after three days visit the outlet ask them what is the issue they just noted the details and confirmed that number will get activated within ½ hr. when number not activated after three hrs again I ring them and asked about that time they told may be a issue in document you need to come and provide the document again.


Incident 3. (18th Sep,2011)

Next day in afternoon I went to the outlet to clarify and resubmit the documents then they confirm number will get activated tonight or tomorrow morning 10 O clock.


Incident 4. (19th Sep,2011)

Connection not gets activated after 12 O clocks then ring them for asking the status. Even after that I have to ring them several times some time calls not picked up and after various reminder during the day at last connection get activated by the evening. But the committed balance against the paid amount of Rs.103/- not loaded in that number. I called them same time and asked for the same, they have taken details on SMS also.


Incident 5. (21sth Sep,2011)

Again after various reminders again I have not received the balance in that. Again when
I called on 21st Sep and I said them I have made many requests for this connection and issue on that balance & when I asked what is your services, by can expect the balance why I have not received balance in that till now. They just denied to taking responsibilities and no proper commitment or reply from them. Even they behave very rude.
