Hi, i ordered For screen cloth and stiching from handloom house in new thippasandra on10th may. After giving advance of rs. 1000, i had to follow up for 2 weeks with several persal visits and phone calls to have the curtains delivered. One of the curtain was stiched at smaller size, and none of the curtains had folding rope attached. Once again, we had to pay another visit requesting for someone to come and alter the curtains at my home. For this the shop was charging 200 extra labor charge to visit my house to take back the curtains plus another 860 for cloth and stiching charges. I refused to pay for the 200 labour charges claiming it was pure mistitch from their tailors part. They agreed thier mistake and confirmed they will send someone to make the alterations and it is fine if i pay only the 860. I paid advance of 400. However today i get to know they wont be able to send anyone for collecting the curtains and i need to bring it on my own. I want to raise a complaint as this was not the agreement when they took advance money frm me. This purchase has put me in a lot of hassle due to poor servicing and bad behavior of the employees in this shop (the tailor was very rude when i went to thier shop to raise the complaint). I am ready to pay for extra cloth amd stiching But cannot pay for labor charges for picking up the curtains from my house as this is just being redone because of the wrong stiching by thier tailor. Look forward to advice and help in getting the job done by handloom house.
