We requested online for whirlpool service and we do not know how local service persons got the request. Service guy from weon services came to repair our whirlpool fridge and he told they are registered whirlpool service providers. He told there is an issue with PCB sensor relay and that needs to be replaced. He charged 4500Rs/- saying it is original whirlpool part.

After that fridge is not working properly. After multiple follow up calls they came 2-3 times and said it gets repaired and after that they are not lifting the phone any me. Then we realized we are cheated by weon services.

Later we got the fridge repair done by original whirlpool service. The person who came from original whirlpool looked at the PCB sensor replaced by local service person and told that is not whirlpool orginal part. That is some local PCB sensor.

We searched in google for weon services. But we couldn't find the company registered any where.

These weon service people are cheating people by saying they are from whirlpool and charging more for local parts saying the parts are original whirlpool parts.

They are multiple people involved in this. Giving the contact number of 2 persons visited our house from weon services.
