Arun Sathya Packers and Movers - Goods missing from 80 days -Arun Satya Packers and Movers

My goods worth 30000 INR handed over to "Arun Sathya Packers and Movers" on 13-NOV-2011 are not yet delivered as of "01-FEB-2012".
When we contact this person he has he does not respond properly.
The noticed sent to the registered address regarding this has bounced back stating it as "WRONG ADDRESS".
Person rarely picks up the call.

The agency is a registered day robbers agency in the name of licensed "Packers and Movers"

The answers we get when we manage to contact this person are as rude as it can be.
