I have purchase a dinner set in which seven pieces of Alumium cookwares were to be supplied to me .But on last saturday 12-12-2009 when i received the Parcel three aluminum cookwares were missing from the parcel i immidaietly registered my complain to the co. with no. 2569085,who assured me that within 72hours I will receive call from the Homeshop regarding the complain . But when i receive no call,then I again approached the homeShop18. but didnot get any satisfactory response ,again I contact on 18/12/2009 ,again didnot get any satisfactory response from that side . Quality of dinner set is of low standard also .

I want company should immidaitely stop to sell such inferior quality products to sake its images ,as well as take immidaite action to remove my compalin.
