Standard Chartered Bank - Giving False Promises to customers and charging One Time Fee from Standard Chat

I am Pradeep,Recently Standard Chatered Bank offered me a MANHATTAN Card.Card No is 4541 9823 3944 1724.In the features of this card they highlighting Music World Mondays and Tuesday Odyssey. When I received the card I saw that they are valid till June 30th only, this was not mentioned in the call to me. When they are giving temporary offers why are they mentioning as Highlights of the card and charging for life time. Also I went to Music world on May 25th to Music world to use this offer; they told that this offer has already been removed. This card has one time fee of Rs3850.So I have decided not to pay the fee for which I got reply from bank that I need to pay as it was already issued.

So I dont want this card and I dont want to pay the one time fee.

Complainant's Goal: Need to cancel the card without paying one time fee
