Job in IT company - Getting Auto from Andheri(E) to SEEPZ is very serious problem in Peak hours

Commutation & Transport Problem -
1) In Getting Auto(Riksha) from Andheri (E) Station to SEEPZ is very serious problem in Peak hours. As it takes nearly 30 minutes to 1 hour for getting Auto.

i.e Travel in Train Virar to Andheri(1 hour)+getting Auto(1 hour)+Reaching SEEPZ from Andheri Station because of Traffice Jam(1 hour)= 3:00 hours total spend to reach office in SEEPZ from Andheri Station.

2) Auto Riksha owner do not entertain the commutors. There attitude is very bad & do not speak good as well instead they rejects the passengers & go ahead empty.
3) This happens for all commuter from Andheri Station (E) to SEEPZ, JB Nagar, Mahakali, Saki Naka, etc..
4) Even small Suggestion to the trafice control to make people to amaintain queue place for commuter & auto owners so that no need to ask for an Auto.
5) And request is to start sharing auto with three person so that the fare burdon is not on sinfgle as many employees of differnt compnies from IT & Jewellery have same destination of SEEPZ.

* Humble request to please initiate some action & prcess in place so that it will be convenient ot both commuters & Auto owners too.
