Indiatimes Shopping - Get my product or refund my money

I have made on line payment for 22 Crt Gold Plated Ethnic Kada - Pair vide order No. 112424861 and sub-order No. 3160068. On repeated correspondence they are neither sending the product nor refunding my money.

I support this complaint.
I ordered a mobile phone Eiroga E series phone.
However, they sent me some GilD chinese phone which is not same as Eiroga E series that i had paid for.
They asked for a Demand Draft in advance and cash on delivery option of payment is not provided for most of products so that consumers are looted in advance and they can send products which are not of same specifications as shown by their website.
please be aware of these scammers and fraud people.
