asfaq workshop Owner Gomati School Masab Tank Hyderbad - Furnitures not delivered on line--Need Refund.

Sir,

I have paid Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) as advance against the furnitures almost three months ago to Asfaq the workshop owner located at Gomati school, Masab Tank, Hyderabad.

It was paid through self cheque# 500538, AXIS Bank Ltd., dated 31/3/2010. He did not provide me receipt for advance payment. Workshop was supposed to complete and deliver the furnitures within one month time. But till today they have not delivered any item. Whenever I call them they are giving some or other reason, saying workers are not available and not a single item is delivered. Now they have stopped lifting my phone also.

After failing to deliver multiple times, finally they are suppose to deliver all the furnitures by last week but again they failed to do so. I called up Asfaq's mobile on Wednesday but he did not pick-up the phone. I called his assistant and informed that if Asfaq does not call me back by Thursday and provide the status of the order, cancel the order and refund my advance payment (Rs. 50,000P).

Kindly help me to recover my hard earn money from this cheater.
