Free Incoming is not working
Though my incoming is free for life,
I am getting unnecessary SMS's about life time incoming validity.
The moment Reliance unfairly suspends incoming, I want to port to other provider who isn't menace or DEMON like Reliance
my cell is ********68
initially i paid for life long validity. SO INCOMING IS FREE FOR LIFETIME
now i get a ridiculous, obnoxious sms saying that "Lifetime validity condition is minimum recharge of rs 200/- in 6 months to continue enjoying our services"
the above clause was NEVER mentioned
reliance means unreliable, not to trust, their service is always bad
The recharges of reliance also NEVER give the proper TALK TIME.
Their business model is such that, they find ways to loot the customer and don't care about giving service
their motto is money first, service mediocre, loot customer
after this complaint, i get a reply but nothing is resolved, the same thing repeats after 6 months
moral of the story is NEVER EVER TRUST reliance.
