Dear Sir,
Sir I had a Credit Card of HDFC BANK No. 434********59045. There was a
Fraudulent Charges on 15th October, 2009 for the amount of Rs 18,970.
Now this amount is Rs Rs.33,027.59. Even on the charge slip signatures
are totally fraudulent. I think its the responsibility of the merchant
also to verify signature for such a huge amount. I am writing to the
bank from that time, even I had contacted with there nodal
officer(RAMDAS RAMASWAMY) however I am not getting any proper
response. There collection team is calling me and my father. I am
going through harassment from that time. Sir Please help me. I wanted
this issue to get resolved. I cant bear more harassment. I would be thankfull to you.
