Standard Chartered Bank - Fraudulant charges

Dear Sir/Madam

I was using card issued by Manhattan Credit Card company in year 2005. The card no was 412********96058. There were some amount Rs 123 was outstanding in my card. I ask customer care to close my card. I deposited cheque for outstanding amount. Till now card has not been closed. There are lots of other charges charges like non usage charges of rs 2210/- has been charged. Till now card has not been closed. I have requested customer care several times to contact me for settlement. But till now same has not been done. I am highly frustrated for the same.

I am ready to pay the interest on real outstanding amount but not on the non usage charges.

This card is creating bad credit history about me. Even i fear to use service of your bank. So i request you to please take up this matter ASAP and resolve the same.
