Indian Railways - fraud & mis behaviour by attendant

Hi Sir,
This is Tarun Kumar Singh, PNR no: ********00.
On 21st morning around 10 AM, I went to B1 coach attendant to ask for hanky, but his co-attendant of B2 coach told me that he may go for his breakfast and not present in B1 coach, it ok. After half an hour at 10:30 AM, I again went to search attendant, this time he was just chatting with his B2 coach co-attendant, I asked for hanky he asked me my coach & berth no, I told “B1 at 63 berth” (as I swapped me 55 berth with on lady on 63 for her convenience in night of 20th Oct at 10:15 PM).
B1 coach attendant Mr. Pankaj Shukla told me “you move, I will come to you”. But even after waiting for more than 10 mins he didn’t come. I again approach to attendant. I asked him “why you didn’t come” he told me “Bas aa rha tha”. This time I told him “If you delay like this I will complaint” on this he mis-behavily show his name on his batch to told me go ahead and complaint about me.
In spite of saying one word “Sorry” and will do his best from next time, This behavior was very pathetic and shows that he doesn’t care about his complaint and will do whatever he likes to do.
In addition to this, Please let me know “Is smoking allowed on coach door near toilets?” some of passengers were smoking near toilets talking B1 coach attendant, in short Mr. Pankaj Shukla allowing them to smoke while lady passengers continuously passing through inner door to use toilet, and this causing smoke comes inside AC coach.

Apart from this, I also have complaint about TT of B1 coach from Mumbai. I was in RAC status, and I asked TT if there is any possibility of seat, please first clear my seat as I am in RAC.
He even assures me that he will see if he can conform my seat from RAC to full conform. But when I wake up in morning I saw many of waitlisted passengers moving near to him in 20th Oct night got some seats. And it is clear that he took some bribe from each of waitlisted passenger, and going against law by not confirming RAC seats first, conform waitlisted seats.

dated 03.03.2015 I travel to udamhpur to jammu in j&k at 1:00pm and I'm travel in 2nd time in train and i don't know about of train. I am sitting on my seat but i don't know these seat are local passenger or reservation ,train box are total empty. I'm sitting on m seat TT 2 sardar are come near he ask show ticket
my ticker no.9298084 dated 03-03-2015. 2 sardar TT are mis behavior , struck me & use dirt language.
