Aquariums India - Fraud in Online shopping

I have ordered goods worth Rs. 2700 by sending a Demand Draft to \"Aquariums India\", it has been almost two months and I haven\'t received my goods till now.

I tried calling him but every time he gives a new excuse, I am irritated and frustated of calling him.

I\'m need of help, please suggest how can this can be taken legally.

Hi There,

I know them since 3 years and buying aquarium products regularly.

I per my knowledge, the have got some issue with sales tax department for which they are not able to depatch any single consignment. Whatever they are sending, its being seized at sales tax department.

Even I am also expecting a consignment from them worth Rs. 555/- which has to be deliver yet.

You wont belive even I have faced the same problem last year as well.

Need not to worry, your goods will be delivered to you. They are 100% genuine person.
