Consumer Awareness - fraud

I am Smita Shrotriya i was cheated by a lady who had asked me to transfer the amount of 5550 rs to an account of state bank of india account no. 30456749627 bearer rajiya branch mehla, district chamba, himachal pradesh. now i want to log a police complaint regarding that lady or can u guide me what should i do in that case.
