Today i got a fraud call and msg from homeshop18 that i won 1st prize in their lucky draw and i won a tata safari car of 12lakh 80thousand ruppees. He told me to deposit 12500 and the i ask how i can trust u guys he said you can call our call center and provided me no. as well 1********76, and told me the same
how its possible is call center ( home shop 18 ) is also involved in this scam ?

Same case happened to me, my wife got call within hours of ordering from a person who called from number ********70, who claimed that he is calling from HomeShop18 head office. He had order number, address , mobile number and insisted on paying 1% tax to claim 7 lakh worth of Maruti Car which he said we won from some HomeSHop18 lottery. The person was talking in Hindi with Bihari accent and claimed he is calling from Jamshedpur. When I tried to confront him in another call he started abusing in filthy language.
Luckily we did not fall prey , surprisingly when I wrote homeshop18 support about it they expressed surprise and refused to acknowledge collaboration between their employees with these frauds. They are playing blind and not trying to understand so many cases of fraud happening on their name with all the personal information being leaked to those gangs may have something to do with themselves as well.

i informed this mobile no. ********72 the police station via delhipolice ciber crime site.

Today morning I got a call from ********71 telling me that I have won the 1st prize that is a TATA SAFARI from a order on HOMESHOP18.I can get the car right now or in exchange the cash in 48 hours but I will have to give Rs. 6500 for registration.They also sent me an Account number through message.

My mother (Savitri) got a phone call from (I provide you shortly they also provide me their costumer service no.1********28, regarding lucky draw that she won a 1st prize Tata safari. and told what you want means actual cash or tata safari, if you want cash please provide bank account no. or you want car so please deposit 12800 for papers an all. actually i was ready to office no more brief in that case. but after reached the office i contact to Home shop 18 in this regard they informed the actual position for fraudulent and he asked my mother's name , address and Account no. At that point of time i thought its a big fraud and fake persons who are involve in those category. So i will request to all people dont receive such calls and dont be fool.

I also have received a sms from DM-HOMSHOP and also a fraud call from the phone no 95075 46504 that i have got tata safari as a first prize winner and they started telling me where my address, my phone no, my order so I thought it was real then they wanted my photo and voters id card in whats app no 95235 44576 unknowingly i gave them. They wanted 6500 registration fees then i got to know that it is fake.. A strict action should be taken.

i got a same call that i won 1st prize and i have to register by giving them 8000 rupees... when i call homeshop18 customer care, they denied about any short of call from their side.
when i got a sms i thought i must be fishy but the concern thing is how they have my name, number and my address even they know when i ordered from homeshop18 and what i ordered even the delivery date... that mean my personal information is not safe with homeshop18.
this is fraud against us as well as with homeshop18.

After that i got a call from SBI that to transfer my prize money of 12lakh 80thousand i have to again deposit 35000rupees. I have not transfered that money i asked my 14600 back. But they refused to give.

I got a call from ********94 and msg from IM-HOSHOP that you have win 1st prize(tata safari) for this I have to deposite 12,500. Then I call costumer care of home shop 18 then they said it's a fake call. It's a fraud so guys totally ignore it.

I also got fake call like these that I win Tata safari ..I call to customer care of hs18.. they refuse.. then I understand that it is fake.. but now another number after one week they call me again ..what can I do.. how prevent our number and privacy from these frauds..
