I booked a mobile Micromax A116i on 17.05.2014 at the site http://www.retailbunny.com and paid 10,189. But they did not dispatch it. Every time I contacted, their customer care(********33), they said that it will be dispatched in 1-2 days. There are a number of similar complaints at site(URL :- http://www.bookcomplaints.com/online-consumer-complaint/India/Retail-Bunny-reviews-complaints/gadgets/mobile-phones/retail-bunny-no-delivery-of-mobile-and-refusing-to-pay-refund_i8308#.U3yKZ3bUWCk&gsc.tab=0). I was fool going through a bad luck that I did not see these things in advance. I then cancelled my order on 28.05.2014 and they informed that refund will be processed in 20 days. Every time I followed up they said that it will be refunded soon and said they I will get refund latest by 25.06.2014. However, I have did not received refund. Then they said that refund will be made within a week. They are kind of harassing, they surely pick up phone and just give a date but are not doing refund. They are doing a scam and fooling a number of people. Please do something in the matter for refund of my hard earned money.

They are a fraud company and are running their mobile number to further fool customers. I am amazed what kind of insensitive authorities we have in our country that even after a number of complaints, this company is able to continue to fool innocent people.
