Got call from ********33, Name Rahul - stating that he is from Max my deal company & basis on the complaint made with iComplaint he wanted to refund my amount back to my credit card...I simply gave the credit card number & validity ...but he unable to refund my amount.. he tried 4 time...but no luck
I think this was the call from Fraud company ?
If yes who leaked the information...
History-
Few months back got call from company executive saying - they've some promotional offer where free gifts will be given with holiday packages.
Offer Details : Holiday Package 3N/4D for 4 person in India @ Rs 10,499/-
Free Gifts : VIVO V5 mobile
Order ID : 100002707
Post payment , received my package then noticed small college bag was given as a gift instead of VIVO V5 mobile.
Since April 2017 I am trying to book the holiday but every time different excuses given & when Tried today to connect with the execute but getting number out off service announcement.
Let me know what steps needs to follow here in order to get my money back.

Maxmydeal is a fraud company. After all Its a UP Bihar state. I request all not to trust these people.
I had paid Rs. 10499/- online for the tour.
I was also promised to give VIVO mobile and Canon camera.
In reality, Once I paid the amount, Not even bother to lift my call.
They cheated me saying rooms not available. 3 times I send a filled form to maxmydeal and same reply rooms are not available.
I lost my amount.
I have also registered my complaint on consumer forum. As we all know how consumer forum ( Govt department) works. I have my complaint number. No response yet.
I don't know where should I go now.

Maxmydeal is afraud company.They promosed me to send a Smart phone but cheated me by sending a back pack. They are playing with the emotions of common people. They should be sued or insulted openly in public. I request all to make on line complaints against all these cheaters of Maxmy deals. How these fraud companies are working in India, What Government is doing????Please arrest them and refund my Rs.10499/- from these cheaters.
