I had taken a HSBC credit card in 2006 which was termed as a life time free credit card and there were no charges taken till 2009 .On Jan 2010 I was being charged 2000 RS for this reason I asked the HSBC Call Center person to cancel my card and as per understanding payments except Rs 2000 and charges on that were only remaining. The call center guy confirmed that the card will be canceled and there will be Re1 payment which is pending. Now in Jan 2011 HSBC is asking me for 10000 RS saying it accumulated for non payment and not ready reverse the 2000 RS charges. The say the card is blocked only .Even there was no statement sent by HSBC after Feb 2010. I wana get all charges reserved for the 2000 Rs annual charges.and ready to make any payment which is in access.

Complainant's Goal: I want the excess charges on the card reserved and clean clouser of account
