I had ordered double bed from Forich Furniture, Sector -10, NOIDA. Now, when the bed was delivered, it was very much different than the one it was shown in the showroom. It was very different with respect to the wood quality, work and polishing. When I met Mr. Ashok Sharma on May 1st, 2011 at the show room, it was promised by him that carpenter and painter would be sent to my home on May 2nd 2011 and the issue would be fixed, but it never happened. He basically asked me to write a complain in the complain book provided by him, but I don't think if this complain book is really attended by the shop owner.

Then, when I contacted him again on May 3rd, it was promised me that he will send the carpenter and painter on May 7th, once again it did not happen. The worst part is that when I contacted him once again on May 7th evening time, it was told that carpenter had already left and he would be reaching my home anytime. That also did not happen. Now, I am trying to contact him at shop since Sunday, Mr. Sharma ji is not available, neither he is available on his cell# 92 1344 5263. His cell # is always switched off. Now, even the landline # 0120-645 8860 is not attended by him. Some staff attends and promised that he would pass by message to Mr Sharma ji. But I don't think it really happens.

I would have called him 50 times in the last 3 weeks, but Mr. Sharma jii just promises the stuff, but no work done. I think he is just good at talking, but he does not deliver quality and promised work. Overall, I feel he CHEATS customer.

Now, I am so disappointed with the quality and service of Forich Furniture that I don't think I would ever take any chance in buying any furniture from this shop, nor I would ever recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop.

When I request him for owner's contact details, he just puts down the phone. I sent an email on forich_furniture@yahoo.com (the email id given on the visiting card), but I don't think this email box is ever attended by anyone.

I had never expected this kind of service from such a branded name. It is really pathetic.

THIS SHOP IS REAL CHEAT AND MR. SHARMA IS RUNNING THIS CHEAT FACTORY TO SELL THE FURNITURE.
