Vodafone network and its employees whose apparent names are Ganga/ Raju/ Sneha and their number is ********00/ ********77/********51. They have performed fraudulent porting using my aadhar card. They had called me for number portability. The person Raju (********51) came to my residence and took a picture of my aadhar to initiate my porting, However when he was still at home I got a call from Airtel and they gave me a better offer. So I refused to port and clearly indicated this to Raju. He still needed my photo which I did not submit. However Raju has retained my Aadhar information on his phone and all of the above people have gone ahead and ported the number from Airtel to Vodafone against my wish and without my consent and have forged my details and consent for the transfer. I called and confronted them this morning when my number stopped working and I was told it has been ported and they are apologizing and asking me to excuse this as one off. I have all of this conversation recorded on my phone. I need strict action against these individuals and Vodafone for not following procedures, fraudulent porting and misuse of customer personal data. They are refusing to give me their office address so at this point I do not have their address. I have registered a police complaint against this as well. And will raise it up much higher as this cannot repeat it is a serious breach of Client’s personal data. The mobile number in question is ********90
