bharath gift house - for charging price above MRP

today, 03-06-2011, I bought 5 blank dvd(mmore) from this shop(bharath gift house). the mrp printed is 11/- rs. but he charged rs. 15/- each.
I'm having the bill with me. I request the concerned to take necessary actions against this shopkeeper for cheating the customers.
