I had ordered a project for modular kitchen for me in Brave Hearts society Flat no.-A-104 and A-202 Raj Nagar Extension Ghaziabad (UP).

The dealer for the above order is Assets India RK Tower Sec-4 Vaishali Ghaziabad (UP) on 24/08/2014 and give the cash receipt of ₹1,11,000/-. The full payment made by the cheque on 01/10/2014 of ₹1,10,787/-we get the delivery on 13/10/2014. As per your staff they had committed to complete the work within 5 days. It means the works should be completed by 19.10.2014. I am a NRI taken 15 days of leave to complete all the kitchen work in front of me. But they haven’t done anything except damaging to the kitchen. The complaint was given to store assets manager but still the work is not completed till 14.11.2014.

As a NRI, it was subjected to intense physical and mental harassment and regret undertaking the project with your company. The kitchen has been rendered completely unusable in spite of a lot of damages. Your worker has committed blunders and no redressal seems to be happening. They are following the unprofessional work practices like correct measurement, alignment of cupboards etc.

I have never seen such unethical unprofessional practices in my life. I find it impossible to believe that the Godrej Brand standard have fallen so low that they are sending such untrained and incompetent people who even lack simple courtesies and common sense.
I have spent extra Rs 100,000 and the work also not completed with so much of harassment. As I was completing all the work for my new house where I will be shifting in few days, if it is not addressed immediately I would ask for full refund.

I hope this would get into the eyes of a responsible Godrej Manager and he gives me a call and fix the issue ASAP.
