LG Electronics India - Feature not available in Mobile instead of written on the box.

I had purchased LG Optimus One a year back. I was then new to the Smart Phones. It was written that Adobe Flash Player 10.1 installed, but none of the flash content works in browsers. After one year I was accessing one site with flash content it told me to download Flash Player but it was written flash not supported for my phone.
I dont understand if the phone doesnt support Flash why it is written on the box.
Complainant's Goal: I want the clarification and my phone should support flash as told.
