YAMAHA Motor - Fazer Rear tyer puncher problem

I brought a Yamaha fazer 5 month back and it reached around 4000 thousand km. And the rear tyer of the bike been punchered , i have put the punchered for 4 times and still the air gets out and the delear is not replacing the tyer.
