Railway Station Management - Fans not working on platform no1 at Vikhroli Stn

Repeatedly complaints to station manager Mr Khan that ceilng fans are not working & its impossible to stand near the ladies compartment on platform no 1 have being ignored. When asked for a complaint book I have been told that there no such book available. Recently they have removed the fans & said that they have been given for repairs. Mr Khan the Station Manager is a very rude & arrogant person. Pls help
